Prices

There is no minimum order value and all our prices represent exceptional value. Our software automatically applies a discount according to the value of your order and this is clearly shown at the checkout. You will also be informed how much you need to spend to reach the next discount level.

Delivery

All our print orders are carefully checked and individually processed.

Receipt of on-line orders is acknowledged by email and  delivery is normally within 7-10 working days for print orders. If prints are to be framed, please allow up to a further 7 -10 working days for despatch.

All our products are securely packaged and delivered by appropriate transport or postal organisations.

If you require urgent delivery to meet a specific deadline, please call us and we will endevour to expedite your order.

Returns Policy

All products are processed as requested by order and we do not issue refunds for incorrectly specified items. This is in accordance with appropriate Regulations.

Please carefully  inspect all goods received and within two days notify us of  any damage in transit or fault in manufacture. Items should be returned for replacement.

Media Fizz print prices are highly competative - and in any case are further discounted according to order value. All delivered images are high resolution photographs with any "Media Fizz" security watermarks removed from the face of the image.
